Payment

  • We do not typically provide refunds for fees paid. However, in critical cases, we may consider partial refunds, which must be requested within 72 hours after making the payment.

  • We strongly advise students to ask any questions they may have regarding mentorship before making a payment. It’s important to clarify your needs and expectations.

  • Currently, we support Bkash payments. For alternative payment methods, including other mobile financial services (MFS) and bank transfers, please contact us via tickets. We are open to accommodating your preferred payment option.

Mentor Change Requests

  • Students have the option to request a mentor change once a month. Please note that while this option is available, we may not always be able to comply with mentor change requests due to mentor availability.
